My wife and I have been shooting at Marksman on Prince for over a year. The staff is always pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. We were novice shooters when we first went went to their range. We were never made to feel unwelcome and their friendliness kept us coming back.
My husband and I went to this location and were very please with the staff and the actual environment. We will be back and would recommend The Marksman to anyone.
Found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. The hours of operation for the store and range fit very well in my schedule. I will go back for all my shooting needs.

Both ranges are adequate facilities. Staff seems to have a very high turnover, so there is no feeling that I am recognized as a valued customer, even though I've been a member for over three years. Both locations could concentrate on having better inventory, decent prices and staff that knows what thy are talking about. Some of the young guys on Prince will really try to help. But I agree with the other reviewer that on 29th street there is too much attitude. Strapping on a gun doesn't make you tough or allow you to be rude. Also, they are too lax in enforcing the shooting code. I often see people handing loaded guns between stations,etc. Finally, there seems to be a second set of rules on 29th street for certain law enforcement customers (which means no rules at all). If you ask about this, you get the almost hysterical "attitude" of cop-wannabees. This is all management's fault. I like to shoot there, but they often make it unpleasant - why?
Horrible experience here. Over heard an older woman (guessing the manager or owner) screaming and swearing at an employee for ALL the costumers to hear and eventually from what it looks like fired him considering he walked out. I cant believe businesses are run like this. Its really a shame. Extremely unprofessional.
Great Place, only indoor range in Tucson! I am a novice and have used both locations. The staff was very helpful. I took the basic class and took advantage of the two week range pass and discount on rentals. Staff was great and class was better will be atttending the CCW soon.
