We had a chance to photograph this Rock River LAR-8 7.62x51 (.308) rifle with a custom camo paint job. This rifle has many high end parts and quality accessories including a Daniel Defense AR10 Lite Rail, Leupold Mark 4 2.5-8x36mm MR/T M1 on a LaRue SPR mount, Vltor Enhanced Modstock (EMod) stock, Tango down bipod, PWS FSC30 muzzle break and a Ghillie Tan Hogue pistol grip. This rifle is painted with Krylon Camo Spray Paint in an original design with desert colors. Enjoy the pics of this very nice custom .308 AR15 style rifle

Dials on the Lepold Mark 4 2.5-8x36mm MR/T M1 were masked so they could still be read.

Oooh, pictures.
It's frustrating to see the "reviews" out there that do nothing but point out how it looks, maybe mention having shot 20 rounds from a bench, and then degenerates into a bunch of irrelevant talk about loads, optics and other guns.
Personally, I'd like to see/hear less of a useless sales presentation and more about how the rifle operates - feel, recoil, ergonomics, RELIABILITY (which has been the #1 issue with 308 AR's for years now), and practical shooting, (not the bench rest nonsense practiced by 60 year old hobbyists, but actual experience from real shooting positions.)
