i just bought an ak the first one i have owned, well i was told it was from california and that it will only hold a single stack mag. well my friend has the same rifle and his will accept the double stack mag. i was wondering how hard it realy is to make mine hold the double stack mag. or if it is actually possible. i have heard you just file or grind the reciever to make it fit, i just dont want to ruin my rifle if it takes real skills to do the work.. i fabricate truck parts for my 4x4 so i can do some cutting, just wonder if it should be left to someone else to do.. and if there is some kind of instructions. thanks
